Canva is hard to beat when you know what to say and want to design it: millions of templates and stock assets, brand kits, team approvals and a Turkish interface, with a free plan and Pro at $18 a month. On paid plans, Brand Voice learns your writing from a description or a few samples, and the Content Planner schedules posts to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more.

Two things it does not do for a carousel. It does not write one from your videos: we found no Canva feature that transcribes Instagram, TikTok or YouTube links, and its Video to Text feature captions videos you upload. "Partly" for PostNitro: its homepage says the copy reads like you once you point it at a knowledge base, but its docs only describe a visual brand kit. On Turkish: Predis.ai's 18 content languages and aiCarousels' language menu leave it out; PostNitro, Contentdrips and Scorper do not name it.

If you would rather not switch, Carousel Studio is a third-party app in Canva's marketplace. It generates a ready-to-post Instagram or LinkedIn carousel, copy and design, from one prompt inside the Canva editor. It is billed separately from Canva: $120 a year on its own site, with 500 AI credits a month and a 3-day trial.

Two limits carry over. It starts from a prompt, not from your videos or notes, and its themes are visual, so it does not learn how you write.

Can Canva schedule Instagram carousels?

Not with its Content Planner. Canva's help center says that for Instagram it schedules single image and video posts; Stories, Reels and carousels cannot be scheduled. It also needs an Instagram business account linked to a Facebook Page, on desktop.

Does Canva have an AI carousel generator?
