What it does, in four steps
- Collect. Drop an Instagram reel, TikTok or YouTube link on the canvas. The transcript arrives on its own, for free, and Instagram and TikTok videos get a scene analysis too. On paid plans you can add competitor accounts and run a competitor analysis. Web pages, PDFs, images and your own notes go on the same canvas.
- Connect. Draw links between cards: this video feeds that idea, that PDF belongs to this series. The canvas grows into a body of knowledge; nothing is lost in a folder, everything stays in view.
- Understand. The AI chat reads every connected source by name. Ask "what hook do these three videos share?" and it answers with the source in hand. This is the moment the canvas becomes a second brain: you ask, the memory is on the board.
- Produce. Put your expertise on the canvas once; from then on reels scripts, swipeable carousels, covers and posters come out of what you connect, in your voice, ready in Instagram's 1080×1350 format.

Why a canvas, why a second brain
In folders and pages, knowledge piles up; two weeks later you cannot find where an idea came from. On a canvas the source, the note and the output sit side by side and the link between them is visible. That is what a second brain is: leaving remembering to the system so your head is free to think. In Nailing AI the system also has an AI that writes, so the second brain does not just store, it produces.
Who built it
I am Nail Mutlu and I build Nailing AI alone in Istanbul. I make content myself (@nailingwithnail); the tool started as my own fix for a problem: the videos I studied were in one place, my notes in another, the scripts I wrote in a third, and none of them could see each other. Public since February 2026. The roadmap is open too: Feature Lab.
The company is registered in the US (Nailing AI L.L.C., Wyoming) to take international payments through Stripe. Product, support and development run from Turkey.
Where the name comes from
Nailing it means getting something exactly right; Nail is my first name. The two together. It has nothing to do with manicure or nail-art apps, which is worth saying because search results sometimes list them next to each other.

A system that keeps your notes, sources and ideas outside your head and connected to each other. In Nailing AI that system is an infinite canvas: reels, videos, PDFs, web pages and notes sit as cards, you draw links between them, and the AI reads what is connected to produce content.
Does it work on a phone?
On a phone you can sign up, read your canvases and use the chat; production happens on a computer. Dozens of cards and a chat stay open at once on the canvas, which needs a wide screen and a mouse.
Which platforms does it support?
Instagram reels, TikTok and YouTube links, plus web pages, PDFs and images. Drop a video link and the transcript arrives automatically, for free; Instagram and TikTok videos also get a free scene analysis. Competitor analysis is a separate feature on paid plans: add competitor accounts and it breaks down their most-watched reels by hook and trigger.
Who owns my data and the content I make?
You do. The sources you put on your canvas and everything you produce are yours, with commercial rights. Details are in the privacy policy and terms.
Why "Nailing"? Is it about nails?
No. It is the English idiom "nailing it" combined with the founder's first name, Nail. It is not a manicure or nail-art app, even though search results sometimes put them side by side.
